I allow up to 7 days, once a piece is delivered to your location for return if you change your mind. You will be responsible for shipping costs that need to go to a Fedex or UPS store. Any original art pieces being returned should be insured with order #, date shipped, including tracking #. There is no refund on insurance or shipping. If something is damaged I would need to see a photo sent back to me. I will be happy to give you a full refund under these conditions.
